Brutally slow day for the fleet, no bites until 1:45 when we got 3 bites and caught them all. Same place as yesterday. At least they were all nice ones.
Today we had Shane and his brother Adam with his son and friends. We fished the Washington and killed 11 yellowfins to 60lbs and a dolphin. Awesome day, everyone was tired.
After starting off slow offshore we made the move inshore and ended up with this 128lb bluefin and released several more the same siz
Fished the south end of the Baltimore today and killed 8 nice yellowfins. Threw back 4. Bite was good early then petered out. Lots of boats. Great group of people. Guy brought homemade smoked turkey for lunch. Captain Rob was stoked!
Had a grinder of a day but made something happen, fished the Poor Mans, 200-400 fathoms wound up with 5 yellowfins, a bluefin and a big eye. First time catching 3 species in one day
Another great day #offshore with the #Moorebills. A beautiful day at sea and a sporty ride home with our limit in #bluefintuna. Plenty of action throughout the day in the #Poormans. Multiple hookups combined with a great group ranging from 1st time offshore angles to some more well known faces in the industry. An epic day for #huk fishing’s Big Ben getting a chance to coach his son while boating a 114lb blue fin tuna like a beast!!! Great time had by all thanks to Captain Rob Skillman and Captain Brian Behe. Ended up with around 30 throwbacks with a huge size range!
Deep in the Poor Mans with the Cummins Family, had out first tuna bite the 3rd rod in the water and caught bluefins all day. Released 20 unders, 2 overs at about 100lbs each and killed our limit of bluefins and 7 yellowfins. Awesome fishing.
Deep in the Baltimore with Brad Nowartarski, his son Reece and friends Mike and John. Had all the bluefins we wanted and came home with our limit, including a 110pounder.
